Travel Tip During the COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, people stay in their rooms and at home instead of going on trips. People are looking for things to do and explore often refer to going online to find something to do. I recommend Tripadvisor or Airbnb to find filtered and specialized results for every interest in accommodations and food.

These sites allow you to search for places under distinct categories, enabling you to find these places in more relaxed classes. For example, if you are traveling somewhere and have limited time, you can search for tourist attractions, shopping, places with events and restaurants.

Even when staying in the hotel, people can still fill up their days by using the hotel services. If the hotel has a restaurant, most people go to the restaurant for every meal. However, if you don’t like their food with a restaurant, you can’t just walk downstairs to another restaurant. Therefore, it is best to read up on the hotel restaurant while researching the hotel itself.

For example, here is a model for a hotel in Singapore.

So, what if there is special promotional pricing available? In this case, you save money on your main meal. Also, websites like Tripadvisor allow you to read reviews for the hotel and the restaurant.

It is beneficial when considering whether to book this hotel room or book from the hotel restaurant.

It is essential to stay 6 to 8 feet away from other people to minimize the risk of infection. However, it is still possible to have fun together doing board games or card games.

Use hand sanitizer

Hand sanitizer is becoming even more critical during covid. You cannot assume most people are disinfected.  Keeping your hands clean will help limit the spread of germs and prevent future infection.

Wash your hands

Wash your hands after using public toilets, in the airport, before going out for a meal, after gardening, after sneezing, etc.

Avoid large gatherings

Large gatherings can be a considerable risk. They are hard to control for hygiene. A hospital is not where you want to be if you or anyone you are with is unwell.

Book Online

Suppose a hotel cannot let you or your booking because of covid, book online. Often, hotels will have packages that are designed especially for covid. Some of these may have already sold out, but it is worth asking.

Wear Masks

Masks are a must. It would be best if you protect yourself from other people. If you have to be in large crowds, try to stay away from people as much as possible. Make sure the mask fits properly. If it is too tight, you will lose some oxygen you need. If it is too loose, then particles will be able to squeeze down your throat.

Get a diagnosis

If you are concerned about your health, go to your doctor. If you are traveling abroad on your journey, get a general check-up first.

Avoid large gatherings

Large gatherings can be a considerable risk. They are hard to control for hygiene. A hospital is not where you want to be if you or anyone you are with is unwell.

Beginner gardener tips

Before you start your garden each year, be sure to improve the soil with well-rotted manure or compost. I know many home gardeners, including myself, who try to crush as many plants as possible in an area in the name of preserving space and room for more plants. I know you want to feed your family all summer. Or you want to try each of the seeds in the catalogs. I don't know if the previous owner deliberately kept the sandy space in the garden for the specific food he was growing or for what honestly. Let me start this post by stating that I am not a master gardener. I play, kick, throw, cry tears of despair ... but I'm not reliably educated about it. Mulch is useful for storing water and, as it does, it provides a nice dark environment for worms and other insects for the soil to develop. It's a good idea to place at least six to eight inches of plant material, called mulch, around your newly planted tree. When all the dirt is inside, stand on it to press it down gently. Mo
